I have been looking at smokers for the last year and finally chose a DBS. I am excited to season it so that I can try to do up some candied salmon. My wife has stated that I better use it and that it better not be a fad, the pressure is on. I better get smokin. I will be looking to the bradley forum for advice.

Remember to keep that vent open when usin the Bradley.

Welcome to the Forum SmokinStu. Just a little info for our friends on the forum, The Sunshine Coast is about 2 hours northwest of Vancouver and a 45 min ferry ride to one of the most beautiful places in the world. Of course living on our Westcoast is a treat which ever way we turn. I wish I had some pics of my days on the commercial trollers and from childhood when my dad built our cabin cruiser. You would be in awe of the scenery around here. Don't worry Stu you will use that smoker especially in salmon season.
