Title: plastic tub
Post by: watchdog56 on May 03, 2010, 03:23:07 PM
Can I use any type of plastic tub for mixing my sausage meat in? Can I get any tupperware or like brand from say Wally world or retail store or does it have to be made of something special?

You want one that says "Food Grade"

Sam's carries a large and a small.

I got mine from Cabelas, they were reasonably priced and work good.

I found some LEM ones at a nearby farm store...  They work great, but are a bit too big for cleanup in the sink. (instead, I wash them in the spare bathroom tub when the Mrs isn't around ;))
