Title: Hello from IA
Post by: jmac0501 on May 04, 2010, 05:02:40 PM
Hello, My name is Jason.  I think I'm going to become a smokaholic.....
I've been toying with the idea of getting a bradley for a while.  Things are finally coming together and I'll be etting an OBS at the end of the month.
Gotta love Cabela's points....
I do a fair amount of deer hunting and have never liked having my venison processed by a locker.  Can never find one close that I like the flavor of their SS/ Sticks ect.
I work with a guy who has one and told me I'd be surprised how I was able to get by without one for as long as I have.  i'll be smoking by Memorial Day.

Welcome to the fun jmac0501

Your gonna love your new tool, venison sausage rules.

I'm from the other side of the river to your west.

Or as 10.5 would say "Nebraska, Iowas snow fence."   :D

Thanks folks.
I'm in the Des Moines area at the moment.  grew up down in SW IA.

OU812....I've never heard of Nebraska as Iowa's snowfence, but you didn't do a very good job the last year.
