Title: Lookie what I got for under $18.00!
Post by: Oldman on May 21, 2005, 04:32:31 AM
I was at one of my account today and they were having a book fair. I pick up a book of close to 400 pages, many outstanding photos, the pages are so heavy they are like a light weight card stock, titled Favorite Brand Name Grilling and More. It s from Publications International Ltd. This thing got to weight 5 pounds or more~~!

After reviewing it for a couple of hours going through the recipes what I really like about this book is all of the ingredients I saw listed can be readly found in your everyday supermarket. How does Spicy Apricot Sesame Wings sound? Or Grilled Tri-Colored Pepper Salad served with Goat cheese? Or Mexicali Burgers made from beef, torilla chips, salsa, cilantro, onion and cumin (mixed together.) Topped with cheeze and Guacamole~~!

Oh what the heck here two more: Grilled Tuna with Vegetables in Herb butter! How about Pineapple-Mango Salsa served over your favorite grilled chichen and grilled vegtables??? [^]

Yepper sounds like it is time to break out the ole grill! [:D]
