One (4 actually) jumped in my cart at Sam's. The butcher said is is the meat cut from between the spare ribs.

This one is packed in some kind of garlic/herb goo solution... But it was marked down to 5 bucks and change, so I'll give it a try!

Oh yeah, that is 30 pounds of butt hiding underneath it. ::)
