Title: Another bacon question

Hello everybody. I am following the reciepe for maple cured bacon. One question is that the belly i got is seven and a half pounds, should i adjust the ingredients for the cure and by how much. Thank you all in advance

You should increase it by 50% to make sure you have enough.
