My BIL owns a small country store, they sell everything. They try to sell local products as much as possible.
They get a really good line of beef, sooo I got him to order me a brisket. This is what I got......

This bad boy weighs in at a hefty 14.86 Lbs! What a really nice looking piece of beef.
I am saving it for my daughters B-day in a few weeks, gotta feed all the in laws and yard apes!
I'll post some smoking pics when I get there, This will be the biggest brisket I have done to date.
Wish me luck, I might need it!!
WOW
Guess that answers the question on where the beef is!!
Hey TP... Where you reckon he's gonna find slices of bacon big enough to wrap THAT?
Thinking hes gonna need to slice them off the whole belly the long way.
I think I may just have some of my home made bacon left, that should do. ;)
It has some good fat on top, do you think I'll need the bacon??
Looks like the mother brisket!
Nice snag.
WoW! That's a MONSTER! I'll be curious to know how long it takes to bring up to temp.

Probably not if it has a good fat cap.
I know enhanced chicks look better than unenhanced chicks! ;D
Ok now I have a serious case of brisket envy and I have never even done a normal size brisket yet. :o :o :o
Now I know what happened to Paul Bunyons Blue Ox.
