I am currently smoking some ground meet. I used 4 bisquets and now have it at 200. It has been going for about 2 1/2 hours. I am just curious as to how long do I cook it? Any help would be great.

Your temp maybe a little too high.

most dehydrators operate on approx 150* temp.
