Well now that I'm calmed down, only took 2 days. Here the only pictures left on the camera. I had quite the deal goin on but someone thought some other pictures were more important. Ok enough, I'm over it.
Heres the pork injected and with a slather of CT

Did the same with the other but dumped on some rub 10.5 turned me on to.

I did pork butt and some brisket Fri. night. I separate the point from the flat and place the point on the top shelf, the flat under that then the drip pan with some beer and water in it. Throw in some pork under the drip pan and then a drip pan for the pork.

We also had some of the sweet bread Sonny helped me on, ended up with 35 rolls. here they are after rising just before goin in the oven.

Along with the meat, rolls and beans we also had some green beans wrapped in bacon, tater salad, mac salad, mac n cheese, creamed corn and some cold veggie salad with corn, beans, red pepper and onions. Every thing turned out great and on time for me to be able to mingle and have a few cold ones.

Allot of Tabys friends parrents stopped by to taste the goodies Taby and there kids all talk about. Belive it or not thats how many of then introduced themselves as I have never met a bunch of them. I get home late most nights.
