What can I say it was awsome. I did a rack of ribs to go along with a few other items we had for dinner. The ribs can out great, very tender with a nice amount of smoke, yet not over powering. I did a 3-2-1 for the pork loin's over hickory and apple, juiced them with a bit of apple juice when foiled. What a trouble free smoke, I think I may be in love with my smoker.... lol

Sounds like I'll have to do my own then. :D

Thats when I find the time, the girls have started there softball tournaments allready, kinda ties up the weekends.

If I can jam in 27 holes of golf, come home, fire the smoker, cut the grass, load the smoker, trim the weeds and grass, drink some beer and smoke
a cigar, ( all before 5 in the afternoon ) surely you can figure a way to get some too !

First game starts Fri. at 6:00 P then Sat. at 8:30 A then Sat. at 1:00 P then starts pool play and if they keep winnin ALL DAY SUN.

I bring a cooler and my sippy cup. 8)

Edit:

The ball fields are 40 miles away.

Well it's just testament to what a great smoker the Bradley is. Now as soon as I can get me a PID, I can really get my lazzy on. ;D
