I found the best evoo foy you guys.  It is smoked extra virgin olive oil it is made by Miguel & Valentino. used it on my butt last night.;D

Me and Wifie had a EVOO party one nite.

Might try that smoked stuff! ;D

i like it no over smokey just right good for just about anything.  and yes it was pork butt

I'm sure the smoked EVOO is good, I'll keep an eye out for it next time I'm at the store.

Lately, I have had some really good results with a "Star" brand of EVO with garlic. Mixed with rub, it goes with just about everything mixed in a paste and wrapped for the night
