So I had this ribeye roast that was just under 3 pounds. It's a pretty lean cut, so I normally would not have smoked it, but well gotta new tow gotta use it. ;D Anyway I rubbed it down with a rub I whipped on last night. Today about an hour before smoking I injected it with apple juice and rub. I smoked it for 2 hours over hickory, then finnished it off in the smoker @ 210-220 deg. Had good praises all around.....

Sounds like boneless pork loin. I love that stuff in the smoker. And, once again, yeah, it certainly does look good :D
Yeah that is what I thought it was when I picked it up, but then on the package it said ribeye roast .... what ever it is, it was tasty
Nice job dribron. Looks like you've got the hang of things.
Thanks, I do enjoy smoking pretty much everything. Though the wife has asked me to maybe try something that isnt smoked... lol

I've had the same comment :D
I do try and listen to her, and it was working untill I got a Bradley. I mean with a machine so well made and easy to use, how could you possible resist not smoking everything in site..... Though I have been told that our house cat is deffenatly outta bounds for me.. lol
We have three cats. The Burmese is pretty laid back. The Bengal is always yowling and hanging off something. The Maine Coon hangs around the kitchen and opens the base cabinet doors. So, if she opens the smoker door and crawls in - oh well ...
lol, that'lll teach her. Ours in a white persian that seems to get hair everywhere. Guess my best bet is to keep her away from the smoker, it might be the only thing I own that doesnt have white hair on it. ;D
