Title: Quarlow, how is the shoulder?
Post by: seemore on May 14, 2010, 06:28:39 PM
I have been so bad!  I come home from work, do what I have to do around the house/yard, take the beast for a walk - Tasha, that is, not Scott -and then I don't do anything else.......not even get on the Forum.
Seemore keeps telling me to get off my arse and start getting out of the rut I am in, so I decided to take his advice - that might just throw him for a loop if he hears that I am taking his advice!   :o
I hope you are doing better.  I have wondered off and on if you were able to go back to work yet, or if that shoulder is still too messed up to work.
Are you still doing therapy?  Are you able to sleep through the night yet?  How is the pain?
Sorry for being so dang lax in checking on you.  Just plain laziness.

Hi June. I am doing ok. I am still going to PT. She says I should take another 2 months before I go back to work with PT 3 times a week. I don't have much pain anymore just if I sleep on my stomach and don't have my arm in the right spot. But other than that it's coming along. I have been going for walks in the evening to keep from going nut cause well I can't stand being couped up anymore. I was in a rut to, I wasn't even putting anything in the smoker(heaven forbid) and now I have done a bunch of jerky, got some Pastrami curing and tomorrow I will start 8 lbs of CBB to brining. Then on monday I will be thawing out some salmon to smoke. So you can see I have broke out of the rut. Glad to hear from you, your just going to have to chase Scott around the house. ;) ;)
