Title: Mesh over racks?
Post by: Michael on May 15, 2010, 05:32:28 PM
It's been several months since I last visited and upon returning here I have seen a couple of photos of meat that appears to be sitting on some sort of mesh which lays on top of the wire rack.  What is it and what is the benefit?

They are high temp non-stick mats. I got mine from Bryan at Yard & Pool. I love them.  :)

They are easy to clean too, less crud gets stuck to the wire racks.

They are good for small stuff too,  like nuts.

I love mine too :)  I use them for every smoke.
