Its Fattie Time!!!

Bacon Cheesburger Fattie

Ran the smoke for 3 hours. Total time in the smoker 5 hrs 210-220*
Apple, Alder, Hickory.

Ground Beef, Spices (Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Montreal Steak), BBQ Sauce, American Cheese, Roasted Anaheim Pepper, Caramelized Onions & Garlic, Maple Smoked Bacon.

Thanks for all the love guys.  It was a wopper, lol.  That thing had 3.5 lbs of Gr Beef  ::)
The family loved it, I loved it!
Next time I will use less meat and roll it out thinner.  I will also use more filling.

Overall it was a hit. Cant wait to do the next one.
