Title: Did a littel Brisket today.. PICS

SO I did a littel 5 lb flat. Rubbed it with Garlic, and onion salt, paprika, chilli power, cumin, black pepper kosher salt and dark brown sugar. Smoked it over messy for four hours, then finnished off to 195 IT, then pulled her, wrapped her, and let her rest..

That looks Yummy! What was your cook time? Finish in the oven? Covered? We need to know!

I foiled it at 165 IT with a bit of apple juice, and finnished in the smoker without smoke. Started it at I belive 10:00 am, and finnished up around 6pm @ 210-220. The bradley does a great job of maintaining temp, once you got your target temp.

Yeah it is a littel one, I think it was like 4.8 something lbs. I ended up giving my self way more time than needed.. lol

It was almost like smoking a shoulder roast. That makes sense!
