hi i'm new to the site and new to smoking looked at lots of posts i'm trying to snoke jerky tomorrow but i also have a pork hock anyone smoked one before
and can i smoke it with my jerky thank can wait to hear from all ya smart people

scott, Welcome and may the Force be with you!

never smoked a ham hock with jerky and not sure many people have.

The problem I see is that you smoke jerky on a low temp, IE: 150 to 180

it may not be "Hot" enough for smokin a ham hock.

If it is, I would put the ham hock low and the jerky above it.
