Title: digital smoker smoke and cook time
Post by: beefmann on May 23, 2010, 01:49:16 PM
hello all

I'm looking for  some information on the  digital smoker for a friend.

1) what is the minimum and maximum smoking times  settings ( i.e. 20 minutes  to 5 hours )

2) can you only  smoke then  cook?

3) what is the minimum and maximum cook times?

4) can the smoke and cook be done separately?

thank you all in advance
Beefmann

5) can the  smoke and  cook be done together?

beefmann , once you learn how the controls work (really very simple) you can pretty much do whatever you want within the limits of temperature.

1. 20 minutes to 9 hr 40 minutes with out resetting it.  Infinite then, but only as long as you have pucks

2. yes  But then again - vice versa works also.

3. same as 1  but not dependent on pucks

4.yes

5 yes
