Hi Paul,  Welcome to the Forum!  That's a really humorous article--as if there aren't enough problems the NC legislature could be spendng their time on without haveing to have committees deciding what to name a food  festival!  

P.S.--not a slam on NC--every state leg does similar inane things!

I've been to N.C.  Nothing more serious than their Que debate.  Folks get down right nasty at times.
