A few of you in chat roughly a month ago, may remember me saying that my nurse found a scale for me to get onto, and that at that point, I had lost about 100 pounds from my known high. Well, we meandered down there again today, and I was a little apprehensive about it, didn't know if I had done anything or not. Granted, I've been on a "not by choice" diet almost all year so far, but I thought for sure there wouldn't be any progress, and probably a little backwards action. I've never been what you would call a normal, or even slightly larger than average sized person, so the road I've been on lately is a new one, going down the scale instead of up, so can you blame me for thinking it would go up again? I haven't even really been doing any exercise to speak of, just going to my appointments and coming back home to surf the net.
Are you tired of me beating around the bush yet? I can continue this all day until somebody throws something at me. ;)
Okay, okay, the results from today's weigh in are...........................down 22 pounds. Still a long ways to go, but nurse and I were pretty happy.

Tim, wish I was around so I could be influenced by your success! Both my sis and I did the neg. 100+ a few years ago - I know you feel better. Keep it rolling. Sounds like it may have become the norm, the habit - that is what it takes. Keep it up - it's worth it in the long run.
