Got strips and chunks in the Reveo........................(Thanks Giz) Been a few years since i did chunks  ;D

Smoke em?  Not decided yet  ;D

Last year was 830 pounds

Looks like I am too late to recommend the smoking.   :D
The color on them nuggets sure look familiar and good.
Are they as good as you remembered?

I think they were great and the construction guys that had knowledge of the Jack Links said they were much better than Jack's. 
I think they were going to use some samples at the job site to bring in some more cheap labor this weekend.   ;D

Saw some Jack's Links cubes at lunch today.  3.25oz bag was $4.99

16oz / 3.25oz = 4.92 bags per pound
4.92 * $4.99 = $24.56 per pound

at the local amish farmers mkt, 1 pound of jerky is $49.50
