Salmon covered with tequila, fresh lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle chili power and a dash of cumin. Smoked on Traeger at low for about half an hour and kicked up to 350 till done.

Topped with mango, roasted red pepper salsa from Sam's and served with guacamole, queso, chips and a margarita. I think I'm hooked on this stuff ;D

Wow.
How much of the Tequila went into the cook? ;D ;D
Enough to relax me but not enough to make me feel poorly the next day ;D

Not a big Fish eater, but I may have to try this.
Looks mighty nice Darq.
Some Zafarrancho Reposado and who needs fish? Oh sorry, different subject. Tequila smoked salmon does sound good!
Moderation?
