Post by: Mr B on June 02, 2010, 03:36:43 PM
I forgot to take pics of the Ribs on Monday but I did get the Peppers.
CreamCheese, Bacon, Chive stuffed Jalapenos.
Apple, Alder, Hickory 2 hrs above the ribs

You go MrB

Those look good enough to eat.  Let me rephrase that -- they look good enough to stuff myself with and risk a Jalapeno Morning!

Good lookin' Mr B!  The last ABTs I did are still in the fridge.  The flippin' things were HOT and everyone is scared to eat 'em.

Lookin good Mr B

I like to do them similar to what you have but wrap them, after some smoke, in crescents and bake to finish, good stuff.

Nice job Mr B, the peppers and the lamb looked mighty good.  I am lucky, my wife loves lamb-- So many good things to smoke and cook, and as someone else said "so little time."

A crescent, the kind that comes in a tube.

I think he might be referring to that aluminum foil looking stuff under the smokie.

Wrapped in a crescent or a biscuit are both great.  :)
Here I am in a motel in Roanoke, VA and no ABT's on the menu.  >:(
