Post by: watchdog56 on June 03, 2010, 09:50:00 AM
Has anyone tried Jan's rub on beef brisket? If so how was it and would you do it again or use another rub?

I've used Salt/pepper/garlic powder and Wild Willys number onederful (the one in the WTS brisket recipe)

We like the bite of the wild willys.
