Really don't know how to explain this but I did a very very small favor for NePaS and I get a message from him.  He tells me to watch my mailbox.  Well, here is what arrived.

A nice herb turkey brine mix, a 1/2 gallon of CT because Rick knows I have to order it online but the REAL prize was the two vac sealed packages of NePaS's sassfras smoked andouille!

How very cool!  I don't know what else to say.  Rick, thank you so much.

Is this not the coolest group of folks in the world?!

Was telling one of the new guys in a PM about the Christmas

gift Xchange we did this year and the blast it was.

Not many places you could try that and not have any hiccups

in the end results!

DT I used the same brine at Thanksgiving and Turkey was delicious.

Comes with a HUGH brining bag.

Got mine at Academy.

Got mine at Academy as well, a while back though.  Seems like it said on sale - discontinued.  If it is as good as you say, hope they still carry it.
