A twist on pistachios
4 Cups roasted/salted pistachios
3/4 Cup CT
2 T Jans Rub
Pre heat your Bradley to 225* Going to use Hickory 40 mins.
CT in the bowl

Add the pistachios and mix well to coat.

Place coated pistachios on your Bradley racks.

I like to do the same thing with peanuts, cant afford them pistachios. ;D
I guess I'm going to have to look for that CT stuff. You people seem to put it on anything, it must be good?

I was thinking on putting them in the Cabelas 80L to get em crispy but the high Bradley heat kept em crispy.
