;D I have two cookers going at the same time Treager is doing ribs and the Bradley is doing bacon. Just realized i am now addicted to this. :o :o :o :o :o Its all good lol

Bavind, don't worry. It can be controlled.
Just look at STC... He has a Bradley and a Traeger, and he stop anytime he wants to.

I enrolled in a three step program - rub, smoke, ftc - but I'm still addicted (and lovin' every minute of it!!)
