We have a "Rib Fest" event going on in Sioux Falls this weekend. There are bands playing every night and there are about 8 vendors that will compete on Saturday. The food I tried was really good, but I tell you what...with the recipes and techniques that we share here,....they got nothing on us.
... they did serve up a mean cornbread. [:p]
