Having been a dealer for Pampered Chef I would highly recommend the BBQ Tongs and the BBQ Turner. Both are extra long to keep your fingers out of the fire. They work very well.

My absolute favorite item from them is the turner. It is soooo cool it will even open a beer! I frigging left it at a comp and need a new one....hint hint
The P.C. can opener rocks. Cuts the top off of the can - but leaves enough of the edge that you can use it as a lid. No fishing for metal shards...
