Title: LEM jerky seasoning??
Post by: KyNola on June 12, 2010, 01:49:33 PM
Anyone ever used LEM jerky seasoning and cure?  Have 5.5 pounds of 85/15 ground beef hanging out in the frig with the LEM "hot" seasoning/cure mix.  I did hit it with a nice glug of liquid hickory smoke.  Going in the dehydrator tomorrow.

Thanks Rick.  Your endorsement is good enough for me. :)

5.5 pounds of 85/15 ground beef with LEM "hot" seasoning jerky mix in the Excalibur.  Jan is a fiend with the jerky shooter!

Wish we had gotten 10 pounds of meat now.  Only filled 4 of the Excalibur racks.  That means 5 are empty. :(

I use the LEM seasoning on slices and tumble in the Reveo (after adding some fresh ground peppercorns).  It's the way to go !
