Title: Newbie Question
Post by: n4khq on June 15, 2010, 04:18:51 AM
I have been searching the web for smoking information and found more useful information on this forum than all the rest of the sites put together. Once I loose my newbie status and have a general question about smoking where do I post the question. I am sure I could find a best fit topic for the 29 on this forum but I would think most forum members don't check 29 topics. My question is do most users check single topic first and go down the list of interest sections or search for new threads on the forum?

Thanks

Once you get caught up reading the old ones, covering the new ones is easy if you visit regularly. I read all the topics throughout the day, which is why sometimes it can take a little while to see my responses to your questions.

Welcome to the forum n4khq :)
Don't worry about your post not being seen.
Pick a topic that best fits your post.
When all members visit the forum, there are two links at the top.
One says "Show unread post since last visit"
most folks click on that and see all the new posts regardless of what area it is posted in.
So your post will be seen by just about every one.

Like KevinG and Caribou have said your post will be seen. It only takes a few days to learn your way around and when in doubt just ask.
