Great you found a link...typing out recipes as complex as these can be a pain. :D

Hi Deb;
The dessert looks great. I've been looking for a different type of dessert, and this may be what I'm looking for.
Do you know how far in advance you can make this cake?
Do you know how long can it stay refrigerated?
Does the bottom layer get soggy, or does the frosting adequately protects the cake?

The cake layers and the cheesecake can be made far ahead and frozen. The frosting is whipped cream with gelatin so will hold up longer than just whipped cream. It was awhile ago but I believe that I put it together the night before I was serving and that it held up for a day or two. The directions do say to assemble at least 2 hours before to give the cheesecake time to thaw. The bottom layer did not get soggy. I think I would always try to assemble the day before or morning of.
A few years ago I also did a pumpkin mousse cake that was a layer of pumpkin swirl cheesecake , layer of whipped cream , thick layer of pumpkin mousse then the whipped cream frosting over all. It did not hold up as well but was the mousse that didn't hold up. I personally didn't care for the mousse part but my guests did. The pumpkin swirl cheesecake is really good though.
Looks awesome Deb....was just at the local farmer's market yesterday and saw a ton of blueberries and wondered what I could create with them. Next Saturday, I'll be trotting down to the farmer's market again and will secure a bunch to make this. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the feed back. It may be something that I will try.
Thanks for the recipes Deb. I'm not much of a baker but I might give one of Junior's a shot.
The cheescake looks great! I almost took a bite out of my computer screen!!!
