Hello from Ohio.
I wish I had been on this forum a while ago. Otherwise I may have not screwed up as many racks of ribs as I have. Oh well. Discovering meaty, decadent perfection on my own has been pretty rewarding. Looks like there's some good advice out there and I'm excited to expand my smokey meat horizons.
My delicious baby back goodness:

Nothing flashy. Just the OBS. Unmodified unless you count a foil wrapped brick.

My dealings with the Bacon Explosion have been rather adventuresome as every slice takes 4 years off of my life. I'll be on lipitor by the time I'm 30. See the pics below. If you're unfamiliar, its 2 lbs of bacon and 1.5 lbs of country sausage with liberal amounts of my own special rub that I affectionately call Bubb Rubb. Other than that, it's been ribs, ribs, ribs and more ribs. I wanted to perfect ribs before venturing elsewhere.

Looking good there PigFat! I think I heard somewhere that Pig Fat Rules! Welcome to the forum! You hit the ground running and scored your first day out!
Welcome Uncle! You'll love it here. Looks like you already have this thing mastered- beautiful ribs and I like the bacon thing.
Now I'm thinking again, need to work out a pig fat injection for ...
Hi Uncle Pigfat and welcome to the forum. Things are looking good there.
Okay Uncle P I gotta ask ... is that you in the green suit? I'm just guessing but it sure does looks like a typical Buckeye before a game (green and contorted). ;D
Welcome to the forum Uncle PigFat, those ribs look good.
Nicely done Uncle PigFat. Welcome to the forum.
Keep those pictures and reports coming.

No, it's not me, unfortunately. If you've ever watched It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, it's Charlie as green man tripping on acid. I used it mostly because it's the only gif I have on my pc right now and because it's awesome.
I'm more green after an OSU game than before. Or around the half if shots are involved :) Before the game would be more like bloated and red-faced from chugging and yelling.
