First try at pistachios. Made one batch with Carolina Gold and Jan's Rub. One batch with Carolina Gold and Franks Hot Sauce. 1:20 with Oak. Not bad if I do say so myself.

Those look great. Haven't tried pistachios yet. How is the heat form the hot sauce after the smoker? Are they spicy?

Sitting here licking rub and hot sauce off my nuts. Amamzingly good.
Put them in the oven on 210* for about 2 hrs to dry them out. Now on Sunday they are really good.
