Title: Newbie smoking beef butt

I'm smoking for the first time tomorrow. I have a 7pd beef butt and I have no idea where to start.  Does anyone have a simply yet yummy marinade?

I am not familiar with that cut of meat, but you can access our recipe site by clicking in the ribs on the bottom of this post. There you will find rubs, brines, marinades and much more.
