My bradley drips grease out the back...below the seal where the back silver panel connects to the black bottom.
Is that a problem?
Thanks
Andy,
While dripping grease will always be a potential problem, out the back is probably better than out the front. If it comes out the front on a regular basis, sooner or later it will make its' way down to the temp control board & fry it.
You really shouldn't have any at all if:
--Your drippin' bacon doesn't touch the sides.
--You empty & refill the water bowl on anything over 4 hours.
--You've cleaned the V-shaped pan from your last smoke.
--You've installed the V-shaped pan as a V & not an A.
--Your smoker is reasonably level.
--You have the top vent open 1/4 to 1/3 to allow the moisture to escape. Probably 1/2 if you've brined.
Let me know,

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?
