Title: Baby Back Ribs and Temp
Post by: renvette on June 28, 2010, 06:51:15 AM
I'm planning to smoke 4 slabs of baby back ribs and I wanted to get input on the temp and lowest rack to use.  Also, considering adding sausage in with the ribs.  I have the digital 6 rack smoker.  All suggestions welcome.

Thanks.

I would stay away from the lowest rack if you can.

Most smoke ribs @225F

I'd put the sausage under the ribs, but that's me.
