Title: Pork Butt, and Rub Cure Times

So any issues with putting on a rub then not cooking them for say 4 days? I have one of the pork butts sitting with Jans rub on it. I was going to start it tonight but am not going to be able too. So I was wondering if there is any issue with the thing sitting for a few days more?

Don`t see a problem. I have let the rubbed butt sit for up to 3 days in the fridge.

ok then, so I as long as it in the fridge we are all good then, cool
