OK i am making the stuff from Ryteks book. Has anyone made this recipe before.What did you think if you did?

I'd guess you're referring to the sweet potato sausage.  I've never done it but it looks good.  Make sure you read the "care and handling" part.

Its on page 185 in my book.

You guys must have a different revision of the book, mine has Italian Herb and Cheese Sausage on page 185 and no mention of Swedish Potato other than what Arnie found.

Same edition as you squirt - sweet potato sausage on page 189.

I have the third edition and it is on page 198, and in the index it is listed as "Potato Sausage, Swedish." It does look like something I may want to try.

Well it is a different sausage. The it is not as coarse as a regular sausage. Taste is great.
