Title: My cold smoke setup
Post by: DarqMan on July 10, 2010, 10:20:52 AM
Too hot outside now to put the cheese on but here's how I have it setup.  The generator has to face the opposite way but I like that it's all on the same cart.

It's a reversible rib rack.  One way it's for ribs and turn it upside down and it will hold a roast, butt or brisket.
