I just got my digital, 4 rack smoker and all of this is a new experience to me. Been reading some of the other post and came across something I'm not sure what it means. What is a PID ?? ??? I am really glad that Bradley has this forum and can't wait to try out all of your suggestions. What a great site. ;D
