Title: Stuffing (cornbread) balls
Post by: TMB on July 11, 2010, 06:09:18 PM
Here is a recipe I got from a nurse while I was in the hospital.  I had to change it a little so it would work in the Big Easy or SRG

They are called stuffing balls,  it's nothing more then Stove Top stuffing mix with water wrapped in ham then a piece of bacon on the outside to finish.

Really you need to thank my nurse Amy, she told me about these while I laid in a bed without eating for 7 days!  ;D

Hey I couldn't eat but that didn't stop me from talking shop!
