I guess I'm the latest FNG to join the forum. ;D I grew up in NC but I just moved to Pittsburgh in the last 6 months.

I have no previous experience smoking, I've always cooked whole pigs in the eastren NC style oil drum with regular charcoal. I love good ribs and I'd love to invest some time to lear how to make'em!
