looks good except for sushi. just aint my cup of tea. I ussually take mine to the local locker.

!6 backstrap sections did habs dry cure and recipie for beef pastrami .yum. we call them gold bricks.

Nice!  When I was growing up this is the kind of stuff my dad experimented with.  Looks like you got it locked down.
