Title: Cleaning my DBS
Post by: KItsapSteve on July 19, 2010, 05:29:18 PM
Hey all question, I see photos of OBS and DBS , my question is when I am done using it , How clean do i need to keep it, Some photos look like mine, others have a freaking Sparkling shine to them...
Just want to know, I clean the racks, water Pan and wipe excess out, and also spray Bisquettes flakes out...
Do I need to do more?

You are on track.

Racks, V-tray, bottom tray. blow bisquette chips out of SG every 3 months or so.

Clean the vent every now and then.

Don't forget to wipe your door seals each time you use it.
