Title: Skinless breast on my SRG

Here is a nice little breast that I made for dinner last night. (http://i624.photobucket.com/albums/tt326/TMBs/NewSRG005.jpg)
It's easy, just soak in Italian dressing for 1 hr then pat dry.  Once the grill was ready I sprayed with Pam non stick and used Mrs. Dash on the outside then grilled. Look at the bottom of the breast and you can see all the juice setting there, dang it was good

Very nice Tommy, did you use any pellets around the ring?

No, I was breaking in my new SRG so I did this.
