Title: Tuesday night - Pork Chops on the Grill
Post by: ArnieM on July 20, 2010, 04:59:27 PM
Yeah, I know; not smoked.  It's too time consuming during the week and sometimes it's just not worth it.  This meal was done in less than an hour.

The chops were bone-in, sprinled with some of NePaS' magic dust and (carefully) hit with the 48 pin needler.  Plastic wrapped and given a 45 minute rest in the fridge.

The zucchini had a light EVOO coat and a sprinkle of Rodak's coffee rub.

The red potatoes were done Syracuse salted.  They were big ones but still worked well.

Came out good.

I think there's something wrong with that sausage on the right there.  ;D
