Ive had my smoker for about a month now and have made alot of stuff with it that turned out great.
Like Beef sticks, Brats, Ring bologna, Summer sausage, and andouille. I never heard of andouille until I seen Nepa's post and it turned out great. Thanks to this site and everybody on it.
