Hi all i am new to the forum and am loving it.
I am into backyard aquaponics and smoking the rainbow trout that we produce,fantastic.have been into smoking food in various home made smokers for 25 years i have just purchased a bradley smoke generator and adapter and fitted it to to the existing 25 year old cabnet.great results.so yesterday i bought a bradley BTDS108CE 6 rack digital smoker just cant wait to try it out this weekend ;)
