I had both barrels going, the Bradley and Bubba
Spatchcoked the chicken, brined overnight in the fridge
Smoked for 1:20. Dumped in Bubba at about 300 for another couple of hours
Had some naked taters in there, they are almost double stuffed when cooked without foil in the bottom
The godess of sweet corn has come out around here as well so I had to get a few of those in there as well
